Return Policy:

     Fence sections and gates are non returnable as they are tailor made to the customer's order.  We accept returns only on standard items like post caps, solar caps, gate hardwares, tools fittings, etc.  All return items must be in their original packaging.  There will be a restocking fee of 20%.  The customer is responsible for the shipping back to us, and any charges that may occur.  Return will only be accepted within 15 days after the product is delivered to the customers.  All specially fabricated items or custom made products and special order items are non refundable.  After 15 days of receipt of all products, buyer becomes responsible within the limitation of their specific warranties.

How to return items:

     All returned items must be authorized by Buyfence.com prior to returning.  Please contact us at contact@buyfence.com before returning any item.  Returned items are to be shipped to sender's address on original packaging.   

Amount of Refund:

     Shipping charges are not refundable.  If the original shipping charge is indicated on your invoice, your refund will not include the shipping charge. 

Refused shipments at time of delivery:

     Orders that are refused at the time of delivery where a shipping expense has been incurred by us, will be subject to no refund of the shipping charge to you and an additional charge for shipping back to us.  If for any reason you feel that shipment is not acceptable, contact us immediately at contact@buyfence.com  In cases of merchandise damaged by shipping carrier, the shipping charges with waived only if a successful claim can be filed against the shipper with you assistance.

Special Orders:

     Any order that is considered special fabrication is returnable and therefore not refundable, unless the product is damaged or no built as ordered.  This includes fences, gates, chain link fencing or fabric, ornamental fence, vinyl fence, chain link fences and any such custom fabrication work of any kind.  Only products that are advertised as our standard product line can be accepted for returns.

Pricing Errors and Omissions:

     As we increase the number of items being offered on our site, the chance increases that an item may be shown with incorrect prices or errors.  We work hard to avoid these errors, but they can happen.  If we have made a mistake on any item you are wanting to purchase, we will attempt to honor that price if at all possible.  Unfortunately, there may be times we cannot honor a wrong price and therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any order.
